It Starts With The Prep!

Chemicals removes rust and the protective enamel from the porcelain.Razor blades remove paint and other foreign materials that sticks to the surface.Then any damage can be repaired with filler then sanded, primed and sprayed.

The Process
Process: First, the entire surface is thoroughly cleaned and etched for maximum adhesion. Then all damage is identified and repaired. Once the tub itself has been fully prepped, the bathroom is blown with pressurized air to remove particles from the surroundings. All surfaces are masked off. The entire surface is primed with an adhesion promoter and an epoxy primer for maximum adhesion. This is applied via spray.Once this has dried, 2 coats of the top coat (acrylic) is then applied using the same process. Cure time for full use is 24 to 48 hours. This product does not fade, discolor, chip, or peel and keeps it's luster.
